Freeze column for grids

Something you might add up to the standard valence config is the ColumnLock functionality.
by adding the columnlock.js and columnlock.css to the vvresources folder, other users may find it interesting.

i've tested this columnlock functionality and it works without any problems.

(still don't understand why this has not been added to the standard extjs)
