Visibility of User Authority

In the Group function, add the ability to view the users authorised to the group.

In the Navigation Trees function, add the ability to view the users authorised to the tree.

In the Environments function, add the ability to view the users authorised to the environment.

In the Options function, add the ability to view the users authorised to the option and the groups that the option belongs to.

These features are very similar to ones we've been considering for Valence 2.2. Thanks for taking the time to post, good to know others would benefit from such enhancements.
